End-user Experience

The end-user can view datasets in a variety of formats. 

Pro Client - The Pro Client is a Windows application that acquires it's data directly from the ClickTracks Pro Processor (or more specifically, the Reporting Engine component of the Pro Processor - See the Pro Processor manual for more information).  The Pro Client can either receive pre-analyzed reports from the Pro Processor, or receive the raw data so the user can perform ad hoc analysis within the Pro Client itself. 

Web-based Reports - Web-based reports allow the end user to view pre-analyzed reports through any modern web-browser in any location.  These reports are served by the Reporting Engine component of the Pro Processor. 

Emailed Reports - The Reporting Engine can also send pre-analyzed reports via HTML email documents.  Reports can be set to send on a regularly-scheduled basis.

ClickTracks OEM Viewer - References are made throughout this document to downloading data to the OEM Viewer client.  The OEM Viewer option is used primarily by ISPs for the purpose of co-branding the client application.  This involves the creation of a custom login script.  This process is outside the scope of this document but is available for owners of ClickTracks' ISP product.
