Help Files

The Help Files options determines whether you want help tips to appear throughout the Administration console, and if so, do they open as popup tool tips or in a separate browser window. 

When Help Files are turned on, blue icons will be displayed throughout the console wherever help tips are available.  Clicking on this icon will display the help tip in the specified format.
