The File menu is used primarily for creating datasets. The Add menu item provides the following options:
The JDC Dataset and Hosted Dataset items are the only ones that are not also available through other parts of the application interface. This menu is the only way to create those types of datasets.
The Stop Service menu item is the equivalent of clicking on the red X button in the upper right corner of the application.
