View Session Record
The session record is a text file that contains a record of the servers activities as it processes datasets. This can provide useful diagnostics when the Pro Processor encounters problems processing data. Because this is generally scheduled to happen in the middle of the night, users rarely witness problems as they occur, so this document recreates what happened over time.
Clicking on this menu item will generate a file named 'serverstate.txt which can be saved. It is often a useful diagnostics tool for support staff.
Enable FTP Logging
Sometimes the problem lies with the process of acquiring files by FTP. FTP Logging allows you to diagnose these problems. When enabled, FTP login will save a file named ftp.log at the location: C:\Program Files\ClickTracks\ClickTracks Server\diagnostics\dataset_name\ftp.log.
Settings
Clicking the Settings item will open a dialog with two settings options: Service Settings and Miscellaneous Settings
